Fureigh (soundslikefury.com) “shreds melodically,” according to Rolling Stone, but they have a not-so-secret tender side. They’ve busked with Margaret Cho and played guitar in the Homobiles (“the Bay’s mainstay queer party punk supergroup” –East Bay Express), the critically acclaimed Brooklyn-based queer rock band the Shondes, and the trans superhero rock opera the Red Shades. They’re currently working on a debut solo album about hopeful love, collective grief, and staying alive even when it hurts.
